Share your happy tricks

How do you keep your head above water? What do you do to keep yourself from being overwhelmed by anxiety or anxiousness?

Know what I do which might sound strange? I clean. I declutter. I file away receipts. These actually stave off depression for me. :)

I suffer from anxiety related illness, and I agree with the above lady, decluttering is uber-efficient for stress.

I also make time for myself. If you have that little reward to look forward to (to read, write, paint or whatever you love to do) then it makes the more stressful situations easier to get through.

I also read a little about buddhism. That helped me a lot.
